We will explore the heart's potential to generate healing, from the perspective of Biodanza, Yoga, and Mindful Communication.
Each approach will provide unique insights. As a team, we will provide the framework for a personal and collective healing process.

How We Spend Our Day
8am BREAKFAST
9-10am YOGA
11-12.30am MINDFUL COMMUNICATION
1pm LUNCH and free time
3-5pm BIODANZA
5.30-6-30pm YOGA and MEDITATION
7pm DINNER and free time
On the day of arrival we start at 5pm
On the departure day we end around 3pm.

The perfect environment for a deep breath of Italian nature. Situated in the center of Italy,
Fonte dei Fiori invites you to forget about everyday stress and enjoy the beauties of nature from this lovely terraced site, overlooking valleys, leading to the sea and upwards toward the Apennine
Practical Information

You are going to enjoy three sessions each day with a lunch break and free evenings

We have space for 14 people in single and shared rooms. Some are en-suite, others have a shared bathroom

All our delicious meals are vegetarian and prepared with local organic ingredients.

Our workshops are held in English.
Depending on the people in the group, we are happy to talk German, Italian and French too

If you fly into Bologna: please count up to three hours to get to Fonte dei Fiori

Use of mask inside when closer than 2m, outside when closer than 1m.

For Yoga, each person has their own mat.

In Biodanza, there will be occasion for physical touch, which is not compulsory.
